Today was a much better day far as food! However, I would like to see you eat more and lower the carb intake and up the protein. You should have at least 1 gram of protein per pound. So, since you weight 145, then you need to eat 145 grams of protein. This may seem like a lot, but you have to consider what contains protein. Anything from diary, meats, peanut butter, eggs, soy, tofu, and nuts. It shouldn't be too bad trying to reach that goal. You need to eat more snacks. Like I said earlier, I would eat some cottage cheese and fruit or even take cottage cheese w/ tomatoes, onions, and pepper. I LOVE that as an afternoon snack. I even eat a handful of nuts along w/ it, if that doesn't fill me up.

118 crabs is WAY too much. As far as the cereal, I would find something more nurtious, may be with more fiber. Then again, I'm not a huge fan of cereals, not but full of carbs.

As far as the jogging for 15 minutes, that's a great start. You want to try and make a goal for 30 minutes! I understand that you are limited w/ time. I would even suggest running 15 minutes and even trying to do Tae Bo or Kickboxing video. Even if you eat the right foods, weight will not just drop off. You have to shake (workout) for the body to lose weight.

When doing your crunches, does your lower back hurt? Be sure to exhail when lifting up. You shouldn't be able to see your arms at all. Also remember, act like there is a grapefuit underneath your chin. So, you want to focus on something on the ceiling. Doing 30 a day is a good start, but remember not to train them everyday. They are just another muscle and need time to repair. For them to do this, you need to eat MORE protein!!

If you are going to workout in the evening, I would eat/drink at least 30 minutes before. I'm a morning person, so I get up at the crack of dawn. I can't really say much about workout in the evening, I haven't done it enough.

Yes, grocery shopping is become a great pain in the rear! I have given up on going to the local grocery store. I now do all my shopping at Wild Oats and soon to be Whole Foods (health food store/grocery) I even look at labels there, but I am a health nut. You pretty much have to be this way these days w/ all the preservatives that are in foods.
