Running won't make your legs bulky. Mass comes with more resistance (more weight or more speed). So unless you're going heavy squats or a lot of sprinting, your muscles will stay the same, if a little more firm (not bulky). The cardio benefits are just calorie/fat burning. But make sure your diet is in check... if you are burning much more than you are eating you might start losing a lot of muscle with the fat which will lower matabolism and thwart any further fat loss.

Which days you do which exercise is totally up to you. Maybe substitute one or two days to start. Running is much better cardio than biking btw... so alter your routine as you see fit.

Morning and evening workouts aren't necessarily a bad thing as long as you aren't overdoing it. Two 1 hour cardio sessions is kind of excessive, but maybe cardio in the am and some resistance training in the evening or two shorter cardio sessions. Just be sure you are still eating enough to keep the muscle you have, but little enough to still be burning fat... it can be a bit tricky. :)

Keep your body lean, your blood clean and your mind sharp. -Rollins
