I am starting to lift weights and trying to determine a realistic workout schedule. I would like to know if going early in the mornings (which is usually when I run) and spending (4) days per week in the gym, at about an hour per day lfting will deliver good results with regards to building muscle, etc? The assumption here is that I go to the gym myself, without distraction and spend a good hour or so lifting. Can I get away with doing this only (4) days per week? -Chris
