I'm [a teenager], starting workout training. This is my workout routine that I'm going to start.

Week 1--------------------

Monday -Workout A
3x5 Hack Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
1x? Push-Ups

Wednesday -Workout B
3x15 Good Mornings
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Pendlay Rows
1x? Sit-Ups (or Crunches?)

Friday -Workout A
3x5 Hack Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
1x? Push-Ups
+ 2x15 Preacher Curl
+ 2x15 Tricep Extensions

Week 2---------------------

Monday -Workout B
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Pendlay Rows
3x15 Good Mornings
1x? Sit-Ups (or Crunches?)

Wednesday -Workout A
3x5 Hack Squat
3x5 Bench Press
1x5 Deadlift
1x? Push-Ups

Friday -Workout B
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Pendlay Rows
3x15 Good Mornings
1x? Sit-Ups (or Crunches?)
+ 2x15 Preacher Curl
+ 2x15 Tricep Extensions

How does this look?
I want to switch the hack squats with press squats because I find them awkward. What weighted dumbbells do you think I should start off with and how many sets/reps should I do?
