What's there to criticize?

1. You've got a great girlfriend prodding you.
2. Sounds like you've overcome mental hang-ups about excercise, i.e., I don't want to go today, I'm too busy, I've got to do this or that instead. Commiting to a life that includes regular exercise is one of the best things you can do for yourself...period!
3. Looks like you've got a decent routine.

I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, I do over an hour of cardio which includes 20 minutes on the rower to warm-up, then I run 2 miles (20 minutes), followed up with 30 minutes on the elliptical, finally I lift weights for about 20 minutes. I'm concentrating on cardio for now and have reached about 10% body fat, I'm 6'2", 190 lbs., watch out 6-pack abs!

Don't forget about your diet. I don't go overboard on watching my diet, I know what to do as far as eating, but I'm not extremely strict with my diet either. Little to no fast foods, small portions, cutting out easy things like sugar in my coffee, pop/sodas, etc., but I still enjoy life with the things I eat, I just don't go overboard!

Now, if I could just get the fantastic girlfriend prodding me thing down then I'd be set!;) Good luck!
