Trust me, you won't "bulk up" excessively with weights in that size. I've been seriously weight training since November, and I look firmer, but not huge. Gained about 5 pounds, same waist size.

Sounds like you are eating reasonably healthy.

If a particular muscle does get a little bigger than you like, just cut back, and it'll shrink again.

20 minutes of cardio can be enough if you are also strength training, because, although weight lifting doesn't burn terribly many calories while you do it, building and maintaining muscle burns a lot of calories.
