Unfortunately, some people just store more fat in this area than others, but of course you can tone and reduce the size at least some.

First, try to do some cardio exercise, such as walking, jogging, or aerobics to lose fat in the area. The elliptical machine is good for this too. Second, do butt exercises to firm up the area. Try doing kickbacks or squats to tighten up your butt. A good mix of cardio and these exercises should help!
