Thank you for your reply! I actually do lots of stetching for this very reason. Luckily I started this right away, so my calves don't feel tight. When I'm at my desk at work, I stretch out my legs and point and flex my toes to stretch them out. When reaching (while sitting) I can reach past my toes and when standing, I can put my palms flat on the ground while keeping my legs straight (although my legs aren't too long!).

I'll continue the stretching.. maybe I need to do more of it before and after my workouts, as I usually do these other times! I tend to rush my stretching at the gym (I know, not very smart) because I usually don't have a lot of time and like to work out for at least an hour if I can.
