Okay, thanks! I have never been to the chiropractor before, so I do not have one yet. So far I seem to be getting good support for when I exercise, and my knees are not causing my pain at any other time, but my left knee still starts to act up when I am running after a certain time frame. I've been trying to mostly use the elliptical machine at this time. Would you suggest getting an x-ray of my knee to make sure there isn't anything else going on? It feels like it's almost off track when it happens and like it needs to pop, and I'm not so sure that getting orthotics will help if it's already like that. It ONLY happens with regular running and never happens at all if I'm doing anything that bends the knee or any other exercise. I just love running and would hate to give it up completely!
