what about oats?
oats are 11.9g protein per 100 grams
and 68 grams carbs per 100 grams

the protein isn't exceptional but the carbs sure is.
a heck of alot of body builders eat oats for breaky from what i saw on the net.

also i learned only just recently that there are good carbs and bad carbs. I even heard that the carbs in oats won't interfere with weight loss. :)
oats = good carbs.
bread and weetbix = bad carbs.
apparently its the bad carbs that make you fat. i think

I havn't put too much research into finding out more yet lol. didn't stop me from buying 3.3 kg's of oats the other night. :)
