Well, here's a little bit of an update for everyone. I found out I'm jogging 3.4 km and it takes me 25 minutes. Still every other day, I was wondering if I will loose a lot of my stomach (I also eat very healthy these days and only drink water and crystal light) I'm also starting to do crunches (300 a night, but every other night.... and i do them the day of jogging not my in between days so I can have 1 full day completely off) I should get from where I am to what I want within like 2 months maybe and what I want is just to be able to go to the beach with friends and feel super confident... I'm in high school so you know what it's like people can be cruel(I can pass as super skinny when I stand and just suck in a bit but when I'm sitting down my stomach is a lott bigger... if that gives you an idea)
