Hey Aaron... I'm 164cm, 123 pounds. I have a goal which is to have nice enough legs by May for a planned trip to Thailand. I have always worn clothing that atleast covers my knees, never skirts etc the go above my knees. I am happy with my upperhalf but I have no calf definition, my knees are fat and I then have a real wobbly, cellulite upper leg and backside... I have a treadmill, a bench with the provision for legs exercises. About 2 months ago I changed my eating habits, I have started powerwalking/jogging/running along the brisbane river with the circuit I do is about 5-6 km... I am struggling with seeing a good change is my lower half.. I do squats, lunges, leg curls, leg raises etc... Are you able to suggest anything?

You are doing everything right. Especially the squats and lunges. Try some weighted ones as well. But it takes time. Your legs will get into shape, but it may not be by the time you want them to. But they will look better than they are now. Just keep doing what you are doing.
