... It's quite normal to have muscle soreness if you're new to exercising. It usually stops after 2 or 3 weeks of regular exercise, unless you change your routine and start working different muscles. I had posted asking a few questions a little while back about my routine, and now that I've been on it for a while, it's sparked a few more questions. heres my routine so you know where I'm coming from.
