... ders. Skipping rope is one of the best cardios you can do. For flab though weights are the best thing to really tighten and muscle is the best thing to have. Try going to a gym with friends to stay motivated or have workout sessions at each others homes. Go buy a few dumbells to start and a bench. ... (5 replies)
