... The pilates dvd I have is actually not hard at all. It's by Denise Austin and has her on the front with a white outfit. The only weight lifting class I've taken was a "power pump" class at a YMCA when I was a member in high school. It was for women and we lifted lighter weights with lots of reps but it was one of the harder classes I took there. We didn't use dumbells,... (3 replies)
