... And NEVER force your body to workout if your muscles have not yet recovered. Many people try to go from not working out to employing a hardcore bodybuilder routine in the first week. Never work muscles if they are still sore. Rest will help ya. You build muscle outside of the gym, not in the gym. ... (3 replies)
