... This is normal. Fatigue is what you should be aiming for, it's not a problem with your routine. If you can barely darg yourself out of the gym, you had a good workout. Fatigue is a symptom of overload, and overload is required to build muscle. You're not doing anything wrong. ... (1 replies)

... I agree with ATG - I would also not train more than three days in a row - move a rest day. This can lead to systemic exhaustion. 5 Days of cardio is fine - 30-45 min - cardio can catabolize muscle at extremes. Routine is good for your goals- stay with the basic multi muscle exercises - Bench/DB bench, squat and dead - I cant stress enough how important dead lifts and... (3 replies)
... Laurie's advice is all excellent, and should serve you quite well. I'd suggest one additional thing, however. Keep a food journal. It seems simple, but just writing down everything you eat and the calories/nutrients contained therein usually makes it easier to diet effectively.
