... That's fine. It's actually good to keep a constant variation to your exercises so your body doesn't adapt and stop responding (muscle growth). There's no reason not to do it your way unless you're using too many machines and limiting your range of motion, but it doesn't sound like that is the case. :) (1 replies)

... I would definitely find a replacement for the Cheerios bar. That is all high GI carbs - sugar. Some carbs there is ok since you just worked out, but that's a lot, especially since you don't eat again till 3. Might look into the new Balance bars. ... First off... congrats on quitting smoking. You can certainly expect to see a little weight gain as a result of that. Also, I commend you on your efforts to include exercise in your daily routine. A little is certainly better than none. With that said, here's the hard facts you probably don't want to hear. I'd guess that you are eating WAY too much to see any weight loss.... (8 replies)
