... You cannot pick one area of your body to "reduce" you can loose weight and loose fat on the hips. Then use specific exercises to tone that area. Diet is key. Clean/balanced eating. Walking, HIIT, squats, lunges, bike riding for toning that area. (2 replies)

Squats are great-- but my knees don't like those /tee hee/ I use a Precor Elliptical exerciser 3-times a week and that keeps the extra inches off.
