... Well 1000-1200 calories a day is way to low for you. Muscle is protein, there is no other way around it. It is alway better to error on the side of more protein (within reason) then to cut protein amounts. That is why whey protein supplements are essential for anyone who is seriously trying to change their physique, it just isn't realistic to try and get all your protein needs... (3 replies)
... Are you male or female? Are you doing all these exercises every time? (and for the record, it would be a LOT easier if you just researched and used the name of each exercise rather than a full description). Essentially you need to come up with a workout program that just hits each muscle group, maybe one exercise from each category at a time, doing about 3 sets of 10-12 reps... (1 replies)

... First, you are not eating NEARLY enough - 1000 calories is too low. Get the "if I eat, I get fat" thoughts out of your head. The truth is, if you starve yourself, you stay fat. You're causing a starvation response that hangs onto your bodyfat, slows metabolism and ruins chances of getting leaner. You need to eat more of the *right* foods.
