Flabby Abs

... It is a small world! The funny thing is that my extra falb isn't in the lower part of my abs where most women carry the "pouch". My lower abs are flat, its my mid and upper abs that I seem to be having a problem with. I have a some what flat stomach if I suck it in! ... (5 replies)

... Too true!! That was definitely true for me.. I know especially when I used to do a lot of lower ab workouts, my lower abs got hard but would stick out.. now I kinda keep my abs tight and it has helped them. Unfortunately now my stomach is kind of having the opposite problem!! ... (4 replies)
