Sounds like you're wearing yourself out. :nono: Either walk more and jog less during each workout (gradually adding more jogging time as you get fitter) or take a rest day or two between workout days. And remember to be patient... building endurance can take a long time. You might hurt yourself if you try to rush it. (5 replies)

... Well, as far as I know they achieve 2 different things. Basically, it's your heart rate that determines what sort of benefit you get from cardio exercise - keeping it 'moderate' at 140 - 160 is typical for 'fat burning', whereas going higher, 160 - 180 will improve your cardio performance (heart + lungs).
