... Could be a number of things. My guess is that it was something in your socks or shoes that irritated your skin when exposed to sweat. Sometimes your washing machine will not rinse out all the soap from your clothes... that could be the problem. ... Sometimes while running, my thighs itch like crazy and turn very red! I am hoping to figure out how to get this to stop. I was reading that this is often caused by circulation and skin just being sensitive. I notice that if my legs are not sweating, it happens. If I sweat, there is no itching.
