... I guess your trying to gain weight huh? What about baked potatoes? Yah their high in carbs but they are "natural" and your body probably is craving natural foods. Are you sure you can't have yogurt? How long have you stuck with this no sugar, no gluten diet, no dairy diet? That has got to be hard. ... I really need some help. I absolutely love to work out, however, I can't get ANY results. The reason: my diet. I'm an ectomorph and I know I need to eat a lot (3000 calories +). However, because of my acne problem, my diet can't be what it needs to be. There are too many foods I have to avoid. I avoid all dairy (including milk & yogurt). I avoid all grains (it's the...
