... hi. i run about as much as you. and i do buns of steel. i noticed my backside and thighs tightened but i still had some cellulite. although, as i lost fat and turned it into muscle, i didnt have as much cellulite. it's all about those fat deposits. im sure after you work out consistently for a few weeks you'll notice it tighten and the cellulite. diminish. ... Shoot, i've been doing butt exercise for about 3 years now and STILL can't get rid of my butt cellullite. And, all I drink is water,(one glass of pepsi once a week), and green tea every day. ... MarLyG137 Since you're only 14 you might still be growing upwards and developing, so I wouldn't be too concerned. As far as cellulite and the thighs and stomach, I would suggest at least 30 minutes of cardio (running, fast walking, eliptical trainers, biking, etc) 3-5 days a week. To target those areas there are many ways to increase muscle and just tone. I like to run... (4 replies)
