... If squats bulk you up try a substitute for it, like leg presses or a machine type squat. You can also do other leg exercises like lunges, ext, curls, etc. Like I said previously, your aerobic exercise seems pretty good, since you run 4 times a week. ... (3 replies)

... d have about 48 hrs in between the muscle groups. This is becuse your muscles need time to break down and repair and build up. If you work the same muscle groups everyday or back to back days your more likely to have muscle tears and strains. ... (11 replies)
