... could be tennis elbow, however it also could be carpel tunnel, if you get numbness or pins and needles in your hands this would suggest carpet tunnel, best advice is to get it checked out as quickly as possible, sometimes ultra sound is required to rehab the injury (7 replies)
... sounds like what I am going through. I did some reseach on the web and am pretty sure it is tendonitice. I purchased an strap for tennis elbow and have been wearing it for about a week (also took a few days off from the gym). This is helping a good bit, it no longer hurts to shake hands. (7 replies)
