... Sorry you're having this problem. Try looking into a condition called photosensitive epilepsy. It sounds very much like what you describe. It can be triggered by flickering light at a certain wavelenght such as a tv set or flourescent lighting. ... Need to provide a few more details... How old are you? Are you currently wearing contacts/glasses? Eye strain can be caused by not wearing the proper prescription. It could also be due to the ergonomics of your desk. How far away is the computer from you? Is there a window nearby that causes increased glare from the screen?
