... Chillenburg My guess is that you were behind the wheel driving without taking a significant amount of time to rest your eyes and you experienced extreme eye strain from dry eyes. The other possible scenario is that you developed a migraine (you do not have to have a headache to experience a migraine) due to being overly tired. I actually just experienced one this morning....
