Hard painful bumps

Hi
Any one had small hard painful bumps on the side of their feet?
I have one on the side of each foot but the right foot is more painful
Any suggestions to help ease the discomfort would be appreciated.

Yes! I dont know what "group" you are in, I am a heelie (heel fractures). My left foot has a visible bump on the lateral side of achiles tendon. I had no surgery in the foot. This bump is anatomically correct, but it is very, very sensitive. Thats why I cant wear sneakers. Is this the kind of thing you are talking about? Or an anatomically incorrect bump? As in archetypal anatomy. Can you feel it with, say, your index when pressing or is it visible or simply a painful spot?
