... My ankle is doing very well. I have an ocd in my right that has not been dealt with yet so I don't think I "test" my left ankle as much as some may do. I do not run or jump at all. But I can do a pretty good fast walk and am pain free in the left ankle. OATS is a LONG recovery. ... (21 replies)
