... Hi Hollywood, Yes thankfully I worked at home today. I pretty much took it easy, but did go to the grocery store this afternoon. It hurt so much! I can feel the tendon(or ligament) not sure which one, rubbing on the outside of my ankle and it is so uncomfortable. I felt something "pop" on Thursday in my ankle and it hurt so much! ... y quickly especially in PT. Definitely ice and elevate more now that you have started PT and definitely call your doc for more pain meds! Tylenol isn't going to cut what you are about to go through in PT! I told you what my doc said after asking if I needed more pain meds and I asked how painful PT would be didn't I? ... (124 replies)
