... carlos95, When people on this board have said you start to feel "normal again" at 5-6 months, what they mean is they start to feel "symptom-free." That means no pain, very little, if any, swelling and a return of their full toe mobility. Please don't feel you have to wait 5 MONTHS to work again; most people would go under financially in that period of time and I'm afraid... (13 replies)

Toe joint pain

... I seem to have pain in the first toe joint of the big toe. This is the joint right below the toe nail, not the bunion joint. I have had this pain ever since I had the bunionectomy, and more specifically ever since I was told to use the dynasplint to push my toe down. ... (3 replies)
