I really don't know what's wrong with my right ear but when I go to plug it, like when I have an itch inside of my ear, a really sharp pain shoots through my ear canal. I know it should'nt be like that, but it dosen't hurt when I'm not touching it and I don't know if there is something wrong or not. I think there may be an infection inside my canal or it might be due to my wisdom teeth coming in soon (I think they are). I haven't been to the doctors yet and it would be too expensive for him to just take a look at it. I just would like to know, what could it be? All I know is the pain is getting worse, when I plug the ear or touch that part of my ear, and the other one dosen't hurt at all. Please help me to figure out what's wrong :(

It sounds like a middle ear infection, or maybe only a superficial ear canal infection.
You really beed a doctor when there is pain involved. An untreated infection can readily damage your hearing.
