... hi joe, i have been having this problem for months, i also get thumping, popping, and my eardrums move it and out when i talk. where do you live? you need to see a neurotoligist or someone who specializes in the ear. look up patulous eustachian tube. there is a doctor in boston that can help, look up dr. dennis poe in boston. good luck libby (1 replies)

... john, mine was a very complex case, i have myoclonus in the middle ear and e tube. so my symptoms were multiple. cutting the tendons for me worked to alleviate a lot of symptoms but not all.....but its so much better i am living with the rest much better. for me my voice was lous and would cause spasms in my ears, and certain facial movements when breathing through my nose... ... hen go and never come back for another 9 or 10 months but when it came this time ive had it for a whole week none stop this time. When i would take a big breath through my nose it would pop my ears and everything is fine UNTIL i swallow then its back to the beginning with the hearing of the breathing and the echo of the voice. ...
