... Did you seean 'ordinary doctor'? or an ear specialist doctor? I beg you not to do the valsalva (pinching your nose, then blowing) at all. It is OK to do once every now and then, but NEVER 60 - 80 times a day. Doing this WILL damage your ears? Please STOP doing this before you complicate matters futher for yourself.
