Hi, I was having some sob and chest tightness so after going to a pulmonary doctor he sent me to a cardiologist to have some test run.

EKG- "Sinus tachycardia. Minor RVCD and counter-clockwise rotation. Borderline ST sagging."

Stress test- "stress/rest images demonstrate a small portion of the basal inferior wall with a mild fixed defect."

The doctor would only say "it's (ekg) not totally normal but it's nothing to worry about." Well, that's great but I would like to know if it's something I should keep an eye on or not. Heart conditions run in my family. Thanks!
