--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After almost 2 years of AST & ALT levels gradually going down (after swearing off all forms of alcohol), the numbers are slowly starting to go up again.
Dec. 03 AST 50 ALT 58
May 04 AST 39 ALT 46
Aug. 04 AST 31 ALT 37
Dec. 04 AST 33 ALT 38
April 05 AST 37 ALT 44

I'm totally mysterified as I'm trying to eat a healthier diet but, for some reason, the numbers are again rising. What does this mean and should I start to be worried (again)?
Thanks for a reply.

I don't see any pattern of rising enzymes here. In fact, they have gone down and stayed stable within the normal range for a significant period of time.
Whatever you are doing is working and your enzymes show that. Small fluctuations, as seen here, are meaningless.

You have nothing to worry about.
