Amazing, isn't it? Even more amazing is that even those who have progressed to cirrhosis (unless it is decompensated) have fully functioning livers.

There is a lot of mileage between a stage one biopsy and class C cirrhosis. Most people do not realize that.

Also, a liver can acquire tread just by living. Do follow the steps in my previous post to avoid adding any further stress to your liver. Alcohol, smoking and obesity are all enemies of the liver.
