High viral load with low SGPT, what should i do?

I am a HCV Positive Patient.

My viral load is 7,200,000/ML, it was 1,800,000/ML before 4 months. Does that means that my viral load is increasing so rapidly. But I have no symptoms. My SGPT is around 35 to 45 fom last 4 months. What should I do. Should I start the Interferon with Ribavirin. If not, how long I can live like that with a large amount of viruses in my body.
