Swollen Tongue? Lymph nodes in neck?

Well, here we go again. This is wierd. Yesterday afternoon my tongue started to swell and felt strange. I'm not sure what this means but from what I found on the internet it may be related to the HEP-C. Anybody experience this? Thanks!
