Hi there Simon,

Welcome. Don't know if this may help, but anyone who is taking tx. might want to start with the basics.

Which is, that the intestines are the first line of defense for our immune system. That is why eating plain yogurt or taking probiotics is a good idea.

Actually, I cheat and make fruit smoothys in the blender with assorted frozen fruits, yogurt and maybe a splash of soy milk for good measure.

I mentioned watermelon on a previous post too. Great liver cleanser.

There does seem to be a side effect with it though... Namely, a midnight run. Guess it makes a good kidney flush as well!

I did seem to feel better in the night after I got up.
The strange lethargy had finally lifted. Just in time for Friday night rounds!

I actually had to take some melatonin and valarian to get back to sleep. I felt like dancing!

Just a thought too with these strange rashes , some health practitioners believe that it is the funguses and ect. living on, and in our body give off toxins that are causing a lot of health problems, such as exema, asthma and so on. Look into malic acid, if you are curious about if it could be true.

It, and olive leaf have cured my 2 yr. bout with chronic sinus problem, which I could never quite beat with garlic. I always though is was due to working around smoke.

Malic acid is anti fungal and supposidly helps with muscle fatigue. Boy do I need that! It is derived from apple cide vinegar.

Nice chatting, good luck, ttfn!

Life is short. Dance naked.
