Advice on dr. Visit

I finaly go to see my doctor to confir about the results of my recent blood tests and biopsy .what should i ask about specificly and what should i be concerned about . A lot of what i know about the liver and hep c is nothing .i do know from the nurse at the office is that iam geno 1a and have a viral load consistent with active hep c .the preliminary results of my liver biopsy are grade 1 stage 2 .i heard this is not too bad .if this i not too bad and hep c is a slow moving disease then should i even consider teratment at this time or can i wait .is there other factors such as iron and other blood levels i should ask about before making a decision . Any advice from those of you who i know have been through this before,would really help .
