Blood test results

My husband just had some bloodwork done for symptoms of fatigue. His SGPT was 45, and
he tested positive for Hepatitis A. A B12 deficiency was discovered a year ago and he has
been receiving replacement shots every 3 weeks. Is there a conncetion between the liver
results and the B12 problem? His Doctor plans to do nothing but retest in 6 months. Should
we get a second opinion? Help!
