It depends on the facility...insurance vs no insurance and what can be negotiated.
My insurance company was charged $2500, for the MRI on my knee.
Someone( non insured) that was told by one facility, would cost $2500 for an MRI of her lower back. She had an MRI at a different facility within 40 miles of the first because it was $800.
