I guess we just have to learn to do these things if we want to sleep. Have you tried taking one of those PM pills before bedtime or even a half of a Benedryl might help. ... Hi! It's been a while since you've posted this but I figure it's worth a try. I'm going in for Carticel once my insurance approves it and I also have to have a TTO at the same time to make the best environment/setup for the graft. Can you let me know how it went? ... I had my foot totally rebuilt 5 mos ago (triple arthrodesis with achilles trndon lengthening) and am doing great.....but now the knee is stiff and painful and slowing my rehab from foot surgery.
