Only mask the problem.Have xray done to see how much narrowing their is on the surgery side.Therapy next,I hate to pay it,But i'm goin to.I am showing narrowing on surgery side.I was running on it,causing swelling.The narrowing is caused by the removal of that menicus,I'm told.Good luck.
