... Dear iwagner: Since you need to keep your weight off that hip, how about renting either a scooter or lightweight wheelchair? It seems to me either would be better to use as a teacher, than crutches. I have never had to use crutches, but HAVE been a teacher (music) in the classroom and can't imagine being on crutches while teaching. Please let us know what you decide to do and... (3 replies)
