... I'm looking for a similar reply for myself. Mine's the right knee. It's very "tight" and won't bend completely. It kind of has that feeling like it needs to pop/crack but it won't. It made a louder popping noise this a.m. but doesn't solve the problem. I went on a jog this morning and I have ice on it now, it's "sore". Looks like we both need help. Thanks! (2 replies)
Cracking in knee
