... Bone spurs are not life or death, but they are uncomfortable... PT usually helps, but arthscopic surgery is the only way to get rid of them. it is not a knee replacement, its a simple filing of the spurs to get rid of them. Outpatient surgery with a pretty quick recovery. ... (2 replies)

I have constant pain behind my knee and just standing still for a few minutes results in stiffening and pain in whole of my knee.
